Scope of Work: Project Solectron was a comprehensive, multi-phased and dynamic demolition project in the Charlotte, NC region. It consisted of all facets of demolition including asbestos and lead abatement, hazardous fluids remediation, mold remediation, selective interior demolition, removal of all MEP systems including 6 large-scale mechanical rooms and penthouses and selective wrecking of the center portion of the facility creating two independently standing structures.
The overall project SqFt layout was 283,000sf in 2 stories.
