RTI – Hill Building wrecking was a complete demolition of a multi-story cast-in-place concrete building. Each floor slab, including the roof of the building, was 12” concrete. The main challenge of this project was the confined footprint for building demolition and the close proximity of an existing building to remain. We used a 90’ high reach Excavator to process the building from the top down. 90% of all materials were recycled and diverted from local landfills.
